Most of us feel pretty whakamā about asking for help. It can be hard to know what or who can help or where to ask... feeling nervous is pretty normal but our health kōrero is important and you have rights to be heard, cared for and respected by all health professionals.
Doctors are whānau too, they started this mahi to awhi you, but they need to know what is up so they can be most useful.

Our doctors are here for us. Awhina became a doctor to awhi whānau. Your health is important to them.
